Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive merchandising excellence and store presentation while leading the team on the sales floor. The role collaborates with Operations and Visual Managers to optimize product placement, restock, and floor sets that reflect our brand.

You will lead by example in guest service, coaching Associates, and maintaining visual standards across the store. The position requires mobility throughout the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to opening/closing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and receptive to receiving feedback as well as giving it.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and meet business needs.
• Lead visual merchandising with planning, restock, and floor set updates in collaboration with the Visual Manager.
• Oversee payroll-informed visual changes and zone coverage to support business goals.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgets and timelines.
