Job summary

ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales through expert visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. You will oversee shipments, replenishment, floor sets and stock levels while coaching Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with Operations and Visual Managers to manage budgets, schedules and performance, ensuring safety, cleanliness and brand standards on the floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-focused sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.
• Valuing feedback and providing guidance to others.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Physical ability to move around store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving, floor replenishment and stock management.
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities and adjust product placement.
