Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive profitable store performance through strategic merchandising and efficient operations. You will coordinate shipments, floor sets, and stock, while partnering with the Management Team to deliver a compelling guest experience.

The role requires mobility on the floor, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and weekend availability during peak season. You will coach associates, develop talent, and use analytics to optimize product placement and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of operations including shipments, reception, replenishment and floor set changes.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and adjust stock and merch per directives.
• Plan visual changes with payroll considerations and business needs.
• Collaborate with ops and visual managers to manage budgets, metrics, and facilities.
• Coach associates, drive guest experience, and ensure visual standards.
