Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with store leadership. The role requires constant movement across the floor and back of house, ensuring spaces are inviting and well-organized.

You'll lead visual floor changes, coordinate floor sets, analyze product placement, and coach Associates to uphold ALO’s standards. Availability for opening/closing shifts and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet visual and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with management, including payroll considerations and zone support.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
