Job summary

Alo is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through engaging visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires active movement throughout the store, coaching staff, and ensuring a safe, inviting shopping environment.

You will collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize product placement, manage floor sets, and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting company expectations and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric, sales experience.
• Open to feedback and able to give feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, and stock flow; plan floor changes.
• Maintain product presentation and restock according to directives.
• Plan visual changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, inventory, and facilities.
• Demonstrate business acumen with metrics to drive strategies.
• Move on the sales floor to support business and guests.
• Lead by example and coach Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Use performance tools to evaluate staff and drive growth.
