Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through compelling visual merchandising and guest experiences. You will partner with the Management Team, Operations, and Visual Managers to execute floor sets, stock management, and guest experiences that reflect the brand.

You’ll lead by example, coach associates, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure consistent visual standards. This role requires mobility, lifting up to 15 kg, and a rotating schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Values feedback and employee development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to move around all store areas and lift up to 10–15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, and stock handling on the sales floor.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through to on-brand execution.
• Leverage reports to spot opportunities in product placement and stock.
