Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to lead visual and product strategy across the store, ensuring the space is customer-ready at all times. You will combine planning, product knowledge and reporting with hands-on merchandising execution to drive store performance.

You will manage scheduling, coach a visual team, and partner with the General Manager to align on budgets, metrics, and quarterly business planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock and stock level management.
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll and align with business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution and budgeting.
