Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales and profitability through in-store visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role collaborates with Operations & Visual Managers to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal store results.

The position requires constant movement on the sales floor and back-of-house, with responsibilities spanning shipment processing, stock replenishment, and visual presentation to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills.
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as a team or individually.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, and stock flow.
• Maintain merchandising through restock, destock, and visual updates with the Visual Manager.
• Plan floor changes with payroll and adapt visuals to business needs.
• Execute visual strategy from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Use reports with management to spot product placement and stock opportunities.
