ALO is a lifestyle brand focused on mindful movement, with studio-to-street philosophy. The Visual Lead role partners with the Visual Manager to drive store sales and profitability through strategic merchandising and team leadership.

In this full-time position, you will oversee visual directions, floor changes, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a compelling guest experience while managing budgets, schedules, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintains product presentation and merchandising with restock and stock changes per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plans visual floor changes with payroll and adapts zone support to business needs.
• Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through to budgets and timelines.
• Uses reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
