Job summary

ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role involves overseeing shipment, replenishment, and merchandising, while coordinating with Operations and Visual Managers to maintain high visual standards and efficient store operations.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move throughout the store to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and floor recovery.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock and planograms.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, vendor relationships, technology and facilities.
• Demonstrate business acumen by using metrics to support strategies.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs.
• Lead by example and provide coaching and development to Associates.
• Collaborate to ensure cross-functional training and execution of directives.
