Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in the United States to drive store sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising and collaboration with Management, Operations, and Visual teams. The role involves hands-on leadership on the shop floor, replenishment, and implementing visual standards while maintaining a safe and inviting store environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in client-centric sales, proven leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, stock replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and store needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities for product placement and stock optimization.
