Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through merchandising leadership in collaboration with the Management Team. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and in back-of-house, with duties extending to crew coaching and scheduling to meet business needs.

You will manage shipment, stock flow, and visual presentation while partnering with Visual and Operations Managers. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and execution of store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, receiving, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock and destock.
• Plan visual floor changes with management, considering payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Utilize reports with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Guide associates and provide feedback to drive growth.
• Recruitment and development of talent in partnership with store leadership.
• Collaborate on cross-functional training with operations and service leads.
• Open and close the store following visual standards.
