Job summary

ALO in New York, NY is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising. You will lead a team, coordinate with Operations and Visual Managers, and ensure visuals meet brand standards while optimizing product placement and stock levels.

You will move across the sales floor and back of house, coaching staff, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and provides feedback to others.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Requires constant movement in and around the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment, receiving and processing, floor replenishment and stock management.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual changes with payroll planning and schedule considerations.
• Execute visual direction within budgets and timelines.
• Use reports with management to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, vendors and facilities.
• Lead by example to motivate staff in daily operations, guest experience and visuals.
• Coach and develop Associates; participate in recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional training with Flow and Sales leads and ensure execution of directives.
• Open and close the store per visual standards.
