The role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader who moves across the sales floor and back of house, with a focus on guest experience and team development. Open schedules include weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation with the management team.
• Oversee shipments, replenishment, floor sets and stock control.
