Job summary

ALO Visual Lead role focused on driving store sales through strong visual merchandising and efficient operations. You will partner with the Management Team to execute floor plans, shipments, stock replenishment, and floor recovery while maintaining a safe, inviting shopping environment.

You’ll lead by example, coach Associates, and use data to spot opportunities in product placement and inventory. The role requires mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work openings and weekend

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.
• Openness to feedback and ongoing development.
• Self-motivated with results orientation and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Frequent movement around the store; physical effort required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments, receiving and processing, and store supplies.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising with restock and layout changes.
• Plan visual floor changes aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Execute visual direction from planning to completion within timelines.
• Use reports to optimize product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics to drive strategies.
• Lead by example on the retail floor and guide associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure well-executed operations and training.
