Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual in Roseville, CA to bring the brand to life through merchandising, floor presentation and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, manage product flow from receiving to salesfloor and partner with store leadership on daily operations.

You will mentor the team, own scheduling and training, develop product knowledge and visual skills to deliver compelling storytelling and drive business

Qualifications

• Experience leading a visual/merchandising team.
• Strong collaboration with store leadership on daily ops and KPI targets.
• Proven ability to execute seasonal floorsets and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in merchandising, floorset execution and product flow.
• Partner with Operations and store leadership on receiving, inventory and standards.
• Own scheduling, onboarding, and training to develop visual skills and storytelling.
• Analyze KPIs to drive performance and manage the visual budget.
