Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor. You will lead the visual team in floorsets, maintain brand presentation, and manage product flow from receiving to the salesfloor.

You will partner with Operations and store leadership on daily operations and oversee the visual budget and back-of-house organization. You will mentor and train the visual team, own scheduling, onboarding, and training to deliver compelling storytelling

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proactive problem solving skills.
• Strong delegation skills to drive execution and results.
• Proven ability to build a culture focused on teamwork and growth.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload with the Store Leader and ensure plan execution across store areas.
• Align with management on goals, mission, and initiatives for all associates.
• Establish metrics and expectations for sales, visual standards, and ops.
• Analyze reports and communicate performance to area/region levels.
• Lead as Leader on Duty to promote sales and customer service.
• Communicate with management about sales, feedback, and training needs.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver strong customer experience and teamwork.
• Coach and develop associates to support growth and bench strength.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service to customers.
