Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual who will bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will lead the visual team in executing floorsets, maintaining brand standards, and managing product flow from receiving to the salesfloor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards
• Manage product flow from receiving to the salesfloor and oversee back-of-house organization
• Partner with Operations and store leadership on daily operations including receiving and inventory management
• Analyze store KPIs to drive business performance and supervise replenishment
• Own scheduling, onboarding, and training of the visual work team to develop skill sets
