Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You’ll lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and ensuring brand standards from receiving to the salesfloor, while partnering with Operations on daily operations and budget oversight.

You’ll mentor and train the visual team, manage scheduling, onboarding, and training, and analyze store KPIs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Leader to delegate workload and ensure plan execution across store areas.
• Align with management on store goals, mission, and initiatives for all associates.
• Communicate metrics and expectations for sales, visual, operations, safety and training.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly data to inform sales, productivity and budget decisions.
• Lead and support replenishment and manage clearance areas to optimize results.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding and training of visual team members.
• Coach and develop staff to build a bench of talent and professional growth.
• Deliver gracious, efficient customer service and model positive attitude.
• Promote customer experience and teamwork while ensuring safe, respectful operations.
