Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team in seasonal floorsets, maintain brand standards, and manage product flow from receiving to the sales floor.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you partner with Operations and store leadership on daily operations, analyze KPIs, mentor the team, own scheduling, onboarding, and training, and ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee product flow from receiving to the sales floor and manage visual budget.
• Collaborate with Operations and store leadership on daily operations and KPIs.
• Mentor, onboard and train the visual team to develop skills and grow professionally.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a compelling brand story throughout the store.
