Job summary

Crate & Barrel seeks an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence. You will mentor the visual team, lead floorsets and ensure brand standards while collaborating with operations on inventory and back-of-house processes.

The role includes scheduling, onboarding, training, and developing product knowledge to deliver engaging brand storytelling and growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee receiving, inventory management and back-of-house organization.
• Manage visual budget, supplies and store KPI analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations and metrics.
• Act as Leader on Duty, driving sales and customer experience.
• Coach and train associates to deliver compelling brand storytelling.
