Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through exceptional merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintaining brand standards, and managing product flow from receiving to the salesfloor. You will partner with Operations on daily store operations and oversee the visual budget and back-of-house organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal floorsets and maintain brand standards
• Oversee visual budget, supplies and back-of-house organization
• Partner with Operations on receiving, inventory management, and process improvements
• Own scheduling, onboarding, and training of the visual team
• Analyze store KPIs to drive business performance and replenishment routines
• Manage clearance areas to optimize results
