Job summary

ALO in Louisville, KY is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales and profitability through strategic Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires moving across the sales floor and back of house, leading by example and coaching Associates to uphold visual standards.

You will partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage budgets, inventory, and facilities, while leveraging metrics to guide business-driving strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising to support business directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and adapt zone visual support.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
