ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store merchandising and guest experience at our Indianapolis location. You will collaborate with Operations and Visual Managers to execute floor plans, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with good decision making.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to improve.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain and adjust visual merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
