Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Cincinnati, OH to drive sales through strategic visual merchandising and efficient store operations. You will collaborate with the Management Team, Operations and Visual Managers to optimize product presentation, replenishment, and floor changes while meeting budgets and timelines.

The role demands 2+ years in sales, proven leadership, and a hands-on approach to coaching associates and delivering strong guest experiences on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrated through team guidance.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, and stock transfers.
• Maintain merchandising and adjust visual displays per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to spot opportunities in product placement and stock.
