Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in White Plains, NY to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The Visual Lead will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers, delegating tasks and providing feedback to achieve optimal store results on the floor and back of house.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to move throughout the store all day, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb and use a ladder, bend and kneel.
• Stand and move for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment receiving and restock; floor recovery and replenishment.
• Maintain product presentation and execute visual changes per directive.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timing.
• Use reporting tools to adjust product placement and stock levels.
