Job summary

ALO in New York, NY is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You will lead a team, manage floor changes, stock levels, and implement brand directives from planning to execution.

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales-focused role.
• Ability to coach and develop Associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, and floor set updates.
• Maintain product presentation and restock according to directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll awareness and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through execution within budget and timeline.
• Use reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
