Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in New York to drive store sales through dynamic Visual Merchandising and guest experience. You will collaborate with Operations and Visual Managers to ensure engaging product presentation and efficient floor operations.

You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, coach Associates, and manage scheduling with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires a proactive, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and is receptive to it.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb ladders.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment receiving, processing, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and adjust displays per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and zone adaptations.
• Execute and maintain visual direction to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
