Job summary

H&M in New York is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead visual merchandising and drive the customer experience on the sales floor. You will guide the team, implement the brand's visual identity, and execute floor moves to create compelling storytelling.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities, ensure campaigns are executed on time, and maintain visual standards while supporting daily store operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to engage customers and guide styling decisions.
• Strong eye for fashion, trends, and brand standards to maintain visual identity.
• Experience coaching or guiding store teams on visual standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on sales floor and windows according to Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves.
• Provide direct and indirect customer service to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Coach and develop store team to uphold visual standards and lawful store operations.
