Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a fashion retail setting.
• Ability to create and maintain compelling product displays and visual standards.
• Experience coaching or training store teams in visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on floor and windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Lead floor moves and campaigns with Department Manager for opportunities.
• Educate store team on seasonal trends and brand standards.
• Ensure direct customer service meets H&M standards and enhances experience.
• Maintain visual identity through props, windows, and floor layouts.
• Support store KPIs and contribute to budgeted goals.
