Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder in Freehold, NJ to lead garment presentation on the shop floor and in windows, guiding the team to deliver a compelling customer experience. You will implement the Visual Identity, support campaigns, and coach colleagues to maintain high standards consistent with H&M brand guidelines.

You will work closely with the Store Visual Manager, drive sales, and ensure timely execution of the Commercial Handbook.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of transferrable experience welcomed; keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager and execute floor moves.
• Maintain up-to-date fashion knowledge and educate the team on campaigns.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service and deliver an excellent experience.
• Follow visual identity and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Support KPIs and follow the Commercial plan with the team.
• Perform opening/closing store routines and maintain visual materials.
