Job summary

H&M in California is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive the store's visual presentation and create an inspiring customer experience. You will coach the team and ensure adherence to the Visual Identity and brand standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires 1-2+ years of transferrable experience, the ability to lift 20 pounds, and flexibility for nights and weekends. You will collaborate with Supervisors to maximize campaigns and maintain window and floor displays.

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items
• Must be able to climb a ladder and use a step stool
• Must be able to work with a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
• May be required to travel to support other stores

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Execute floor moves based on joint discussions.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service according to H&M standards.
• Support the store to achieve an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up on the Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook and secure well-styled mannequins.
• Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
• Ensure high-quality garment presentation daily with the team.
• Maintain clear customer flow through fixture placement and navigation.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns on time according to standards.
• Follow up on store KPIs with the Department Manager.
• Adapt store planning according to the Commercial plan.
• Complete Best Brand portion of the Customer Audit Tool.
