Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder in Wisconsin to drive the in-store customer experience through visual storytelling and merchandising leadership. You will work closely with the Store Visual Manager to implement the Visual Identity and actively drive sales while guiding the store team.

You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, executing floor moves, and ensuring consistent presentation across windows and sales floor, with a focus on coaching colleagues and meeting KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Support Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Lead floor moves and ensure high-quality visual displays daily.
