Job summary

H&M in the United States seeks a Visual Keyholder to drive compelling store visuals and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will coach the store team, execute floor moves, and ensure adherence to the Visual Identity and brand standards.

The role requires physical stamina and flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with potential travel to support other stores as needed. You will work closely with the Store Visual Manager to optimize merchandising and customer flow.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and use hand/power tools.
• Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends.
• Travel to support other stores may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Execute floor moves and visual changes with the store team.
• Coach and develop the store team to meet customer expectations and brand standards.
• Maintain high quality visual displays in line with H&M Visual Identity.
• Support the department in achieving store KPIs and budgets.
