Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive in-store visual presentation and customer experience. You will partner with the Department Manager to execute floor moves, maintain windows, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

You will coach the store team on visual standards, educate on current campaigns, and support campaigns and activities across the store while maintaining safety and retail policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and helping customers find their style.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Lead by example with the store team to deliver visual standards.
• Ensure windows and fixtures reflect the Visual Identity and seasonal changes.
• Support store management to hit KPIs and budgets.
