Job summary

H&M in New York seeks a Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead the VM team, implement visual standards, and drive sales through trend-aware merchandising. You will collaborate with store management to plan activations and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

You’ll coach and develop talent, manage visual and commercial execution, stay current with fashion trends, and foster an inclusive, high-performance store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience from working as a Visual Merchandiser in store.
• Experience in team coaching and talent development including upskilling.
• Strong knowledge of retail management, visual and commercial best practices, routines and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the VM team to plan, organize and prioritize workload.
• Launch and sign off on global campaigns and sale activities per brand standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels and input on allocation with Store Management teams.
• Prepare and review sales KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Maintain consistent visual and commercial standards and provide training through upskilling.
