Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead in-store visual merchandising and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will set garment displays, align with brand guidelines, and coach the store team to maintain high standards of presentation and service.

You will collaborate with the Store Visual Manager and Department Manager, ensuring accurate execution of campaigns, floor moves, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Shows passion for helping customers find their style.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 1–2+ years of transferable experience welcome; prior keyholder duties preferred.
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to travel to support other stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows following the Commercial Handbook guidelines.
• Work with Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Deliver excellent in-store customer service aligned with H&M standards.
• Maintain visual identity through window and floor styling and merchandising.
