Responsibilities include setting garment presentation, coordinating floor moves with the Department Manager, and maintaining windows and displays. The role requires flexibility, physical capability, and a passion for fashion and service.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows according to brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves and visual changes with the Department Manager.
• Maintain windows, fixtures and merchandising to reflect the Commercial Handbook.
• Lead and coach store team to enhance customer experience and compliance with policies.
• Support store KPIs and assist with daily store operations.
