Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager for the Boston West territory (Acton, Framingham, Leominster, Natick) to drive sales of ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses. Represent the organization with customers and develop new prospects, delivering value through eye care solutions.

The role requires prior B2B/medical sales experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed. Join a focused team dedicated to improving vision care in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years B2B/medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to travel, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of sales applications and principles.
• Residence in or near the geography.
• Lift up to 30 lbs periodically.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply broad knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Uncover customer priorities, buying motives, and business operations to gain orders.
• Learn products through training and field work with experienced sales reps.
• Demonstrate knowledge and articulate value to customers while securing orders and tracking inventory/price trends.
• Position products and economic solutions to meet customers' needs with tailored messaging.
• Complete and execute pre-call plans for accounts to influence customer behavior.
