Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Territory Account Manager to support the Boston West territory, including Merrimack Valley, Andover, MA; Burlington, MA; Lawrence, MA; Wellesley, MA. You will sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses to established customers and develop new prospects.

You will gain product knowledge through training and field experiences, traveling as needed to visit accounts; a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B or medical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Ability to travel as needed (overnight/weekend travel).
• Excellent interpersonal, selling technique, business acumen, organizational, and communication skills.
• Residence in or near the geography.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., sit, climb stairs, and travel by car/plane as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relations.
• Understand customer priorities, buying motives and end-user needs across segments to secure orders.
• Learn products and policies through sales training and field practice with senior reps.
• Articulate product value and maintain records of activities and price trends.
