Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Account Executive to cover the Minneapolis, MN territory. This role focuses on selling Monofocal and Refractive IOLs, Phaco, OVD, and adjunct products, with commission-based incentives and a strong emphasis on consultative selling.

You will work with ophthalmologists and staff, align with U.S. marketing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional Johnson & Johnson sales teams to drive market share while meeting quarterly quotas.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of relevant sales experience.
• 3 years of professional selling experience is required.
• Surgical OR experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
