Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgical Vision is seeking an Account Executive to cover the Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR territories. The role emphasizes increasing sales of Monofocal and Refractive IOLs, phaco equipment, and related ophthalmic products.

Strong consultative selling and technical product knowledge are essential. You will work with cross-functional teams and sales specialists to drive customer satisfaction and achieve quarterly targets.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
3 years of professional selling experience required.
Surgical OR experience preferred but not required.

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Achieves assigned sales goals through execution of U.S. marketing plans with a consultative sales approach.
Provides expert product knowledge and in-service support to customers.
Leverages Johnson & Johnson resources and partners to enhance field productivity.
Utilizes CRM and reports to management.
Manages field assets including consigned products and equipment within budget.
