Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account Executive to cover the Greater Milwaukee, WI territory. You will drive sales of Monofocal and Refractive IOLs, Phaco, OVD, and related surgical products to ophthalmology practices and hospitals.

This role requires consultative selling, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 40% including overnight trips. You will collaborate with field teams and leverage CRM tools to meet quarterly quotas while upholding Johnson & Johnson policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of relevant experience in the role.
• 3 years of professional selling experience is required.
• Surgical OR experience preferred but not required.
• Able to travel, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales goals via U.S. marketing plans and consultative selling.
• Provide expert product knowledge for surgical and refractive techniques.
• Prepare detailed sales presentations for new and existing customers.
• Leverage Johnson & Johnson resources and partner networks to enhance productivity.
• Manage field assets and submit reports using CRM and other systems.
