Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LensCrafters team to provide unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching using company programs.
• Analyze reporting and implement action plans to improve store KPIs.
• Attract and hire a highly engaged team.
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer/patient experience.
• Ensure operational, inventory, and visual tasks are executed per guidelines.
