Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of optical retail operations and merchandise is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team using company programs.
• Analyzes reporting to improve store KPIs and sales performance.
• Attracts and hires an engaged team to ensure the right people are in place.
• Collaborates with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer experience.
• Maintains safety standards and a positive, productive store environment.
