Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification where applicable (preferred).
• Experience in retail management or supervision is expected.
• Knowledge of store operations, processes and KPIs.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to staff using company programs.
• Analyze store reports to drive KPI improvements and action plans.
• Recruit and hire qualified team members to maintain staffing levels.
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer experience.
• Oversee operations, inventory, and visual standards to ensure quality.
