Responsibilities

• Train and coach team using company programs and KPIs.
• Analyze store performance data to drive improvements in KPIs.
• Attract and hire engaged staff to meet store needs.
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure all safety and store guidelines are followed consistently.
