LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to act as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager and drive key performance indicators while delivering a personal eye-care experience. You will collaborate with the team to meet sales and service goals, support store operations, and maintain a premium patient and customer journey.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for eyewear.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs such as Comp Sales, Conversion, and Customer Count.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partners with Store Manager to lead and develop team.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive working relationship with doctors.
• Promotes team compliance with policies.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
