Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients without delay.
• Promptly answers the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Notifies doctors of patient arrival and delays to maintain schedule.
• Handles reminder calls for appointments and pickups.
• Maintains billing records and processes patient charges and third-party claims.
• Maintains office inventory and coordinates supplies with the Practice Manager.
• Ensures HIPAA confidentiality and secure handling of information.
• Maintains a safe, compliant office environment.
• Adheres to policies, supports team, and covers varied duties as needed.
• Works weekends and evenings as required by locations.
