Job summary

Lumenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow a high-impact aesthetics territory in the United States. You will collaborate with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams to position our capital equipment solutions as strategic investments that drive growth and patient outcomes.

This hunter-focused role demands strong pipeline development and consultative selling, navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts and uncovering opportunities across practices and med spas.
• Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and partnering with regional leadership to execute territory growth strategies and performance.
• Build Customer Partnerships & Stay Connected: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and represent Lumenis at training, events, and territory travel to drive business growth.
